A neighborhood in the northeastern corner of Arlington County, Virginia, Rosslyn is directly across the Potomac River from Georgetown in Washington, D.C. Rosslyn is a mainly urban area, and is home to numerous skyscrapers and many business offices including the ABC TV station affiliate for Washington, D.C., and the Art Institute of Washington. The United States Marine Corps War Memorial (also known as the Iwo Jima Memorial) is also located in Rosslyn next to Arlington National Cemetery. Rosslyn also includes a significant residential population as well as several urban parks and a diverse array of restaurants.
